This second floor apartment is newly renovated with all modern conveniences. It has a fully functional kitchen, dining room, living room with electric fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a laundry area with washer and dryer. The home boasts 10' ceilings with a touch of history inside. Sit in the comfort of the home and enjoy some time with loved ones playing games or watching your favorite show or sit outside on the beautiful deck relaxing by the propane fire pit and listening to the rippling of the Little Schuylkill River.
